Good Friends At School

School Of Seven Bells, or SVIIB, are a shoe gazing band, apparently. Listening to their Alpinisms album however would negate that pidgeon-hole theory as it sounds like the Brooklyn, New York three piece are more likely to be sky gazers in their spare time than shoe gazers. The band consists of Alejandra Deheza (vocals, bass), Claudia Deheza (vocals, keyboards) and Benjamin Curtis (guitar). The Deheza sisters are former members of On!Air!Library! and Curtis is a former member of Secret Machines and Tripping Daisy. Alpinsim according to Dictionary.com, means mountain climbing and if signature tune Wired For Light is anything to go by, it would sound good on top of mountains.
